E-Shop team leader. Responsible for the operational and logistics area, as well as sales, customer service, on-line communication and technology. In charge of a team of 15 people, with the challenge of growing constantly and sustainably, reconfiguring the area and continuously improving its processes.

In charge of survey, development and implementation of different projects within the company, both technological and operational, with variable requirements according to the area, thus getting improvements in the processes.

Biodiesel Project with IFES Group - National Ministry of Science and Technology Project for the National Ministry of Science and Technology, within the framework of biofuels: start-up of a pilot plant for the generation of biodiesel from vegetable cooking oil. In charge of the coordination of the project: technical and economic feasibility analysis, formulation, analysis of cost structures, budget creation and negotiation with investors, monitoring of implementation and coordination with IFES Group.

Family entrepreneurship. My job was to buy and sell jewelry. Performing as a saleswoman and developing skills in dealing with the customer, stock controls, costing, sales and organization of deliveries / orders, meeting the various requirements of a family business.
