I have led GDPR and AML compliance implementation across the organization, developing key internal policies and procedures such as ROPA, DPAs, and DSAR workflows. My experience includes conducting regulatory research on electronic money and payment services, delivering staff training on AML and data protection obligations, and monitoring regulatory developments to support risk management. I also performed KYC/EDD investigations on higher-risk clients and prepared reporting for management.

I ensured compliance with consumer protection, financial, and data privacy regulations, and drafted and reviewed credit and outsourcing contracts. During this period, I also took the opportunity to learn the basics of the Turkish language and attended professional workshops on negotiation skills.
