Ryanair's customer service (1 years 9 months) Started as a part time student, worked for Europe’s biggest low cost airline, Ryanair from 2011. I was promoted to become a senior call centre agent in Sept of 2012. Usually handling more than 120 calls per day.

Camp Tioga (5 months & 4 months) Scranton, Pennsylvania, United States of America. We handled all the orders and supplies of a more than 2000 people in a children's camp only in English.
