Process management, coordination of applications and evaluations for the tender procedure of the "Innovationspreis ". The award includes 150.000 € prize money awarded in three categories for pioneering innovative science projects, findings and ideas developed in the German federate state of North Rhine Westphalia. Engagement for three consecutive years starting with the first collaboration from April to December 2009, then from April to November 2010 and finally from April to November 2011.

Working as an assistant to the Curator and Management of the Art Gallery included organisation and drafting exhibitions, events, performances, concerts and meetings; public relations with media and artists as well as with the Kulturreferat München and the Mayor's Office; contact person for artists; editing publications, press releases, web content.

Public Relations Activities and assisting in the organization of the General Assembly for 5.500 attendees as well as taking part in the 5-days public and closed sessions. Two engagements as student worker for the Annual General Assembly of the Max-Planck-Gesellschaft in Halle (Germany) held in the year 2002 and in Rostock (Germany) held in the year 2005.

Collaborating in this multidisciplinary research project included performing scientific literature research and excerption; contributing to conceptions of guided interviews; administration and point-of-contact for scientists all over Eastern Europe; organization of and participation at scientific meetings, workshops and symposia; editing articles and publications.
