Sourcing, screening, and qualifying candidates as per the job description and client needs. Performing end to the end recruitment process. Managed the on-boarding team of 6 members Responsible for on-boarding employees for the USA and GDC region. Handled the background verification, record creation, updating special payments. Created/updated/maintained employee data in the HRIS like Oracle Peoplesoft, OneHRIS, and Taleo. Sent out start day and Induction day invites to the employees and their respective Managers. Interacted with the Stakeholders and recruiters, resolved any onboarding queries, and created and sent out reports on a weekly basis.

Created job descriptions discussing with the Technical, Sales and Marketing Managers. Posted jobs on the company's website, job boards, and other recruiting software's. Also shared it with the staffing and recruiting agencies. Screened candidates, sourced best talents through (headhunting, referrals, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, etc) and conducted HR interviews. Developed and improved recruiting and sourcing strategies for both active and passive candidates.
