I am happy to demonstrate my more than 15 years of skills in the federal workers' compensation arena at this level of leadership and continue supporting and developing my team as we explore and apply innovative and cutting-edge methodologies that will carry our program forward. Witnessing the growth and engagement that I cultivate amongst my team as a strong leader is what motivates me most in this role.

Served as a key player in updating institute’s digital catalog; recognized as core contributor during highly-visible events that focus on encouraging cross-cultural appreciation of German and American values with societal, political, and economic impact.

Manages workers’ compensation branch of seven employees. Ensures accuracy in distribution of benefits to injured workers throughout the department. Develops strategies to review key performance indicators and applies data driven knowledge to meet cost containment performance metrics.

Managed the branch of technical assistance within the Division of Federal Employees’ Compensation program. Developed strategies for applying regulatory and procedural guidance to agencies throughout the federal government. Managed public-facing website. Ensured promptness and accuracy in more than 100 congressional responses per month. Facilitated training sessions to audiences of varying skill.

Oversaw the workers’ compensation and drug-free workplace program. Conducted a business process improvement plan which resulted in consolidating and centralizing services within the agency. Organized training program refresh and developed a change management and communications plan to ensure smooth transition to new electronic claims submission portal.
