My primary function was to support sales operations by producing reports, dashboards, and processing customer issues. I reviewed sales and operational processes with leadership and presented options to streamline the workflow. I utilized SalesForce data to assist in the smooth transition of sales territories to new personnel.

I led the program analysis team in gathering data, analyzing the leasing actions for the strategic measures, and reporting the trends for action. While reporting on trends, I applied a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods to assess and improve program effectiveness. These methodologies also improved complex program management processes, projects, and systems. This enabled me to formulate plans and use best practices for a wide range of complex and often conflicting rules and regulations.

As a Program Specialist, I was responsible for Public Buildings Service (PBS) owned and leased inventory Rent Bill Management (RBM) actions. I was a leader in the improvement of standard operating procedures and analyses to achieve performance measures.

As a Program Specialist on the appraisal team, I was responsible for understanding trends in the appraisal industry, including valuing green buildings. I regularly consulted with central office officials, contract appraisers, and other agencies to ensure accurate market reports and accurate responses to congressional inquires related to valuation of Federal buildings.
