The project is based within the Snowy Mountains in NSW, Australia. Construction includes Intake & Outlet structures at Tantangara and Talbingo reservoirs with 27 KM of concrete lined tunnels (11m Ø) to link two reservoir and a Power station •Working with a Mixed Shield Multimode TBM through heterogeneous ground. •Provide effective supervision and direction of the construction site and tunnelling site teams. •Produce daily / weekly / monthly reports as required.

Roads & Infrastructure in Doha Industrial Area (Package-07), Street 33 Upgrade D.) Construction of Sewerage Flow Diversion in Al Tarfa, Legtaifiya & Jelaiah. E.) Flood Prevention Schemes (FPS-05, FPS-14) F.) Abu Hamour Surface & Storm Water Drainage Tunnel (Phase-1) (EPB TBM – 4.5m Ø)

Led a team of site engineers and supervisory staff in the adherence to project targets, goals, and objectives. Collaborated with various teams including MEP, planning, and design to the prompt and accurate completion of projects and phases. Detected any critical issues related to site activities and certified a quick resolution of queries. Organized all shift reporting and round/cycle time analysis for all tunnel activities. Facilitated the implementation of Required Excavation Support System (RESS).

Regulated construction sites, certifying strict adherence to project targets and objectives. Held the responsibility for the formulation of purchase order documents and interactions with vendors. Conceptualized and instituted bar bending schedules as well as a Bill of Materials to maintain accurate daily records.
