I'm responsible for the software set-up and launch for various Amazon warehouse types. Collaboration and coordination with engineering, SW engineering, upstream teams and operations teams to ensure Amazon buildings launch according to the schedule to meet business expectations worldwide. Software technical support of pre-live buildings at each stage including functionality testing. Building training documentation, establishing new processes and acting as a mentor for the new hires.

Maintaining technical side of automatic warehouse system which uses robotic technology - hundreds of autonomous mobile robots and sophisticated control software. Work with Fulfillment Centers Operations team to provide technical troubleshooting as well as a guide through performance-related issues. Work on critical incidents in scenarios requiring an immediate response applying escalations leadership procedures. Driving analysis of software issues along with collaborating with Software Engineering teams.

Administrative support of the hiring process. I was responsible for phone screens of local and Romanian candidates, preparing employment agreements for Russia, Romania, Poland and Germany, posting job listings. I was also involved in the support of the background investigation process on the level of contacting future employees, forwarding their data to the detective agency, tracking the progress, informing the candidate when additional information or actions from their side are needed.
