Responsibilities for role of technical support specialist:: - maintenance of payment cards software, billing algorithms - analysis of customers' requirements - investigation of customers’ issues in depth with the aim to resolve them, before they are routed to development - registration of bugs with detailed description in JIRA - validation testing of new releases on test environment - delivery of new releases to customers, preparation of upgrade instructions - SQL, PL/SQL scripts preparation
