My main responsibilities and missions : + give the tempo for my team and make sure they are working in a suitable environment and using appropriate process + interact with all actors of Decathlon SI in order to remove all the obstacles to deliver the software more efficiently + ensure that quality BP and process are followed + analyse and argue with PO to not only deliver new features, but also reinforce existing functionalities and fix bugs
