Building of a CI network through regular conf-calls and organization of benchmarking visits in order to create a solid community of CI representatives to promote the culture of replication of best practices among the LCE plants.

Assuring the frequency of follow-up meetings at the operational level with the most knowledgeable people involved in the improvement projects of the plant with the aim of achieveing the Process Excellence targets defined in the budget of the year. Organization of the monthly follow-up meeting of major technical indicators and its improvement projects at CEO level: each owner of a target indicator responds to the CEO of the plant about the evolution of the project and corrective actions to close the gaps.
