Main tasks: - Whole recruitment cycle from active sourcing to employment - Upkeep of various job boards and implementing new ways how to keep them up to date - Keeping contact with our clients about positions and the candidates in the process - Making Job Ads and posting them on various platforms - Teaching new interns how to use different job ad platforms and our company policies on that - Concluding interviews and making candidate portfolios according to them and their CV

Double degree between HFT Stuttgart and Metropolia Helsinki which included 2 years of Business Studies in Helsinki and 1 of business psychology studies in Stuttgart
