Utilised technical, document control, and project management expertise to procure, maintain, and control site, site equipment, and facilities for safe, effective project operations. Controlled the invoicing and payment process through managing review, reconciliation, submission, error resolution, and submission of invoices by project account and aligned to budget.

Increased compliance with company document control and contract management standards by receiving, reviewing, organising, and managing all incoming and outgoing documents for the Construction & Project Management team. Implemented and controlled document management databases and access controls for the rapid retrieval of accurate, up-to-date information by the project management team.
