• Development of Security cells including circuit design, characterization, simulation, prototyping, software/hardware development, and testing of latch sensor and high speed secure flip flops. • Responsible for the translation of physical security concepts into layout designs and all the parasitic extractions and analog simulations, including pre- and post-layout verification (DRC, LVS, & PEX).

• Design of a low power ECG active dry electrode for wireless bio-potential sensor. • Proposed a novel uni-polar three electrodes measurement for wireless bio-potential sensor for a widely ECG active electrode implementation.
