Software Development - Developed LTE eNB feature, using C++, and SW issue resolution. Worked as LTE eNB Investigation Team lead. Program Management - Manage 8 test teams across multiple countries to perform product quality and integration testing. Developed test strategy; secure development and test engineer resource; and negotiated HW and SW capital. The program was praised as the “smoothest project ever”. I was awarded a Bravo award.

System Integration and Testing - Lead a test team to integrate and test LTE/CDMA BTS system. System Spec Engineering - Formulated requirements for BTS system, defined high-level interface protocols, and engineered system specifications for BTS system. Project Management - Led cross-functional teams to develop a system installation/commissioning process and an automated application. - Identify potential customers for a high availability platform and formulate customer requirements.

Project Lead - Led a group of engineers to work on logistics, type approval, field trial, training, and technology transfer. Software Development - Led a software development team to Develop switch integration packages to integrate messaging system with various switches. - Developed advanced Intelligent Network features for Italy. Technical Marketing - Provided product presentation and demonstration to potential customers. I brought in new customers and increased revenue worth more than 1.4 million.
