I have worked in the project to awareness campaign to change the identity visual of company, creation of the website, confections of advertising to magazines, build of standard manuals of communication and signage to sites, support in the alignment and developments of the marketing’s tools (creation of institutional/commercial folder, website, forms, gifts to clients, awareness campaign and maps and information guides to new contracts), etc.

Introduction and management of corporative communication’s department to all branches in Brazil; driven a team with 11 professional: publicist, public relation, journalist and communication agents; management of crises of image; build of strategies to prospect and protecting the corporate image; community relations and development of social projects; annual report of social area and annual budget; public opinion’s researches; publication of the newspaper; contacts with press; etc.

Introduction and coordination of the Social Communication Department in the Tremembe branch; introducing strategies and actions to create a positive image of the company to the internal public (employees) and external public (community, governmental organ, local authorities, clients, ONG’s, press, etc).

Introduction and coordination of the Marketing area, wrapping strategies of sales and creation of the new corporate image.

Introduction and coordination of the Social Communication department, focusing on the internal public (employees) and external public (clients, press, companies, governmental institutions, trade unions, other hospitals, etc); support to the local authority in the organization of events.

Acting directly with the press; visit’s programs; internal and external events, as Automobile’s Exhibition; institutional campaigns; support in contacts with authorities.

Supporting the publication of the business newspaper; organization of events (SIPAT, Day of Open House, Children’s Day, etc.); support to community programs; negotiations with SAB (Society of Friends of District); organization of public meetings with press; institutional programs; organization of the Donation’s program and standardization of the Communication department.

Works in the project of recycling waste to employees; support in the projects of communication to the certification of ISO 9000; internal events; institutional campaigns and support in the newspaper publication.
