My main task was to review and adapt different types of commercial agreements. I also performed competition-law research and research into the most significant EU laws and regulations on environment in the context of the tire industry activities. This included data in relation to the competences of the EC regarding environmental law and in what fields of environmental law the EC is operating actively. Finally, I reviewed Goodyear’s advertising guidelines and checked their correctness with EU Law.
