• Support countries in the implementation of the traceability solutions • Coordinate various teams in the rollout of PROTRACE • Prepare presentations, reports, brochures and other documents related to the project • Communicate with various important stakeholders internally and externally

• Design and prepare on quarter basis Sustainability Newsletter • Conduct research on sustainability and corporate responsibility as well as prepare communication materials • Organize and support for the Sustainability Week, Sustainability Summit, METRO Birthday and other International Days and events • Support the team with administrative and organizational tasks

• Coordinate the internal and external communication with various stakeholders • Prepare and implement the Annual Action Plan • Organize the meetings of Board of Directors and follow up the decisions • Prepare contracts, correspondence, archive and payment of invoices • Prepare the info for the website and newsletter

• Prepare and coordinate the implementation of CSR Annual Action Plan • Coordinate various departments and prepare the final versions regarding reports, publications and activities • Communicate with various important stakeholders internally and externally in align with Integrated Management System procedures • Identify projects for local community, submit proposals and manage them if approved • Train employees regarding company’s Codes and Procedures

• Perform sales activities with corporate accounts and negotiate sales prices, discounts and contract terms • Find new business opportunities and new areas of growth • Portfolio management • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports

• Engage in projects and empirical research • Assist the fellow researchers • Organize workshops and roundtables • Participate in conferences
