My main activities are doing bioinformatics research. Design algorithm and implementation of some machine learning and bioinformatics software package. The goals are developing robust and versatile computational tools for combining data from solution and solid-state NMR, cryo-EM, SAXS, and mass spectrometry to determine the three-dimensional structure of biomolecular complexes.
