Working at RealThing AI, an Australian based AI software company, with the primary job of providing technical support for internal users in the commercial and sales departments using 3rd party platforms, applications, and software (eg: Zendesk, Zapier, ZOHO CRM, Gravity Form, etc). This includes developing the monitoring dashboard and organizing workflows through automation. Currently working with the US Bus-Dev. Team in developing their back end system and preparing the launching by early 2022.
