Analyzed the impact of digitalization in the manufacturing industry with reference to the digitalization program at Philip Morris International (tobacco manufacturer) and two main use cases from the digitalization program ZOOM, Advanced Crimping Control and Predictive Maintenance. Also, created a conceptual process model to measure the impact of digitalization and successfully tested it on both the mentioned use cases.

o Analyzed the digitalization program ‘ZOOM’ having several sub-projects under it to digitalize the existing processes in the tobacco industry. o Created a performance analysis tool for the team in Power BI with the existing data as a reference. o Analyzed and managed the financial budget of the global digitalization program ZOOM.

o Automated the manual process of precision dosing and tub debagging using industrial robots Kuka iiwa and UR 10 inside a robot cell to an ultrasonic sensor and a weighing scale through WAGO PLC. o Integrated the weighing scale to the robot cell through the WAGO PLC by programming in the software CODESYS.

o Designed a fuel delivery system for a test bench of an IC engine from a selection of sensors and actuators to designing the communication between the test bench and the sensors. o Designed several electromechanical components for Vestas wind turbines in CREO 4.0. o Worked on safety sensors for Vestas wind turbines on selecting them as per specification and the placement of them inside the turbines along with electrical connection and communication to the main control system.

Developed a turbocharger control system for a test bench Wankel engine for a defence Unmanned Aerial Vehicle project using a microcontroller and inputs from sensors of the testbed. The microcontroller was programmed using its own interface software CodeWarrior and MATLAB, especially for that specific microcontroller.
