• Responsible for the accounting activities and the preparation of financial statements of BNPP Asset management Germany (AM) and BNPP Emissions-und Handelsgesellschaft mbH (EHG) complied with HGB and IFRS • Contributing to the tax compliance (VAT, Corporate tax) and ensure controls and documentation • Ensuring quality of reporting towards central bank and other local regulators • Developing and operating risk based approach financial and operational controls • Participating in Accounting activities of CIB

• Plan, forecast and monitor cash flow • Plan foreign exchange trading based on payment plan and outstanding expenses • Contact person for banks as administrator • Corporate card management • Responsible for salary, factoring and intercompany sale • Perform and document internal auditing process (SOX) • Prepare VAT declaration for Germany, Poland, Romania, Slovakia • Responsible for making and analyzing month and quarter reports according to IFRS • Prepare HGB financial statements

• Plan, forecast and monitor cash flow • Responsible for daily treasury bookings • Plan foreign exchange trading based on payment plan and outstanding expenses • Perform and document internal auditing process (SOX) • Monthly closing in treasury and cash management • Book invoices and travel expenses • Responsible for regular payments and intercompany sale • Book incoming payments

• Maintain and benchmark prices of existing Parts and Accessories • Set up competitive prices and profit analysis for Parts and Accessories • Prepare sales forecast and profitability analysis reports of price changes campaigns in coordination with national sale companies • Prepare monitoring reports using standard reports in internal database

 Support for the process of daily request about transfer prices for intercompany deliveries (international) from GmbH to regions  Support in setting up Customer Master Data  Prepare reports (scheduling agreements) to make business plan  Internal controller: four eyes check for transfer price maintenance  Coordination with different departments such as controlling, sales departments and logistics departments (in plants)

 Responsible for carrying out forecasting processes  Making reports to support management

Support for drawing plan for revenue and expenditure of district budget.
