- Taking responsibility for PR/Marketing activities and materials, - Managing national and international key customer accounts and coordinating with other departments to respond to clients' requests timely as well as to allocate resources appropriately, - Answering questionnaires / surveys and working with further demands from clients, - Maintaining and updating website content, - Following-up sales processes and issuing reports to upper levels.

- Analyzing training needs and dealing with special training requests, - Selecting ad working with training suppliers on specific requirements of each training course, - Being in charge of post-training analysis, - Controlling the respect of internal training process, - Updating and working with training supporting materials to record and track training data.

Working together with the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and Vietnam Cleaner Production Center (VNCPC) on the project "Cleaner Production for Better Products" (CP4BP): - Helping vietnamese craft villages in sustainable production, - Document translation, - Participating in the creation and implementation of the Marketing plan and Catalogue for EU Market.
