Identification of new projects, and prioritization of projects pipeline. Management pipeline of 52 projects, from 4 different areas: finance, infrastructure, human resources and SSM (Shared Service Management). Plan the budget for all projects in the pipeline, and tracking of expenses to ensure budget control. Main achievements Delivered savings of 3,5 million euros, from a spend of 54,5 million euros. Saving was used to fund 10 additional Capex and Opex projects, resulting in 56 projects delivered in 2019.

Budget plan and control for all investments. KPIs creation, management and reporting. Deploying investment strategy to multifunctional teams. Leader of strategic meetings with different stakeholders. Preparing and presenting monthly committees with the CEO and the board. Construction of 2019 budget. Main achievements Implementing and developing solutions that have provided savings/efficiency for the company - in 2018 more than 25 millions euro were saved (most of it reinvested in new projects)

Member of the team dedicated to implementing the new pet food factory, a greenfield to the Buntech group. Financial control, cash flow analysis, and revenue forecast. CAPEX planning and purchase, for the new factory, totalizing a budget of 6 million euros. Preparation of technical documentation for equipment purchase. Update technical drawings (AutoCAD) of factory layout, based on analysis of new equipment allocations. Report the progress of the project to the BUN Group Board monthly.

Responsible for financial control of the project of soil drilling for Siemens. Total budget of BRL 3 million.
