• Acquired hands-on experience with predictive maintenance techniques and tools, contributing to overall improvements in equipment reliability ( Hvac, AHU, Chillers, Compressors Oil pumps, building civil works, Oil filter system, Pallet trolleys, Lifting cranes & Kaizen activities) • Project Supervisor / Safety & Reliability Improvements: Spearheaded projects aimed at enhancing safety and reliability, implementing key improvements that reduced risks, increased equipment uptime.

Currently, I’m pursuing my Master of Engineering Management (Operations & Product Development) at IU International University of Applied Sciences in Berlin, with the goal of evolving into a strategic leadership role in engineering and operations.
