Schrepfer is a founding partner of Global M&A Associates Ltd. and Managing Partner of PMIC Advisors Group GmbH.

PMIC Advisory Group Ltd. is a boutique firm specialized in corporate finance and M&A services for small and medium-sized companies. Its global network of 150 partners allows it to support its clients all over the world. My activities comprise buy and sell side transactions, succession planning, corporate financing including growth financing, and M&A strategy. My industrial main focus is on the Life Science, IT and Cleantech industry.

Remaco Inc. is a well-established Swiss M&A company that is mainly active in the small and midcap market. During my stay at Remaco I expanded its international footprint and strengthened its services mainly in the areas of M&A strategy, cross border transactions, growth financing and succession planning. The industrial main focus of my activities was on the Life Science, IT and Cleantech industry.

Built PMIC Consulting + Management Ltd., a niche consultancy, from scratch. The company was mainly consulting companies in the pharmaceutical, medical device, healthcare and IT industry.

Founded and developed this technology start-up by providing a visionary view, proactive planning as well as target-oriented strategic and organizational leadership in several steps to a fully operational company. Managed approximately 60 employees and 25 partnerships with external companies and institutions covering the whole value chain from research, development, operations to distribution.

Origlio Country Club Inc. operated a 4 star hotel focusing on tourists and business seminars in the southern part of Switzerland. Its annual turnover amounted to CHF 12 million and it had approximately 70 employees. As executive chairman I was fully in charge of its management.

Lagap Pharma Inc. is a Swiss pharmaceutical company that manufactured and distributed OTC and generic drugs in the EMEA markets. Its annual turnover exceeded CHF 100 million and it employed more than 250 employees. As executive chairman I was in charge of its management.
