Dependent on the scope of the project it is linked with direct responsibility for a team of varying size.

In this role I had responsibility for all aspects of the development, certification and start of series production of the Grob G180 business jet program. The position reported directly to the corporate management and had the responsibility to guide all activities to ensure a seamless entry into service.

In this role I was in charge of the concept developments for all future aircraft projects, the competitive intelligence activities and the technology development activities of Fairchild Dornier. The role included responsibility for the aircraft concept development team, the management of the technology development budget and the technical leadership for the company’s collaboration activities with AVIC II in China.
