Responsible for Forecasting/Budgeting of NBS, being interface to Danaher Finance team. Leadership of Regional Commercial Finance leaders, Consolidation-, Accounting-, Tax- and Compliance teams. • Lead Outsourcing of transactional accounting shared service centers (AP/AR) in Europe. • Implemented HFM - new consolidation system for actuals/forecast/budget • Implemented Transfer pricing adjustment process (recognized at DHR CFO conference as best in class)

Following the acquisition of Nobel Biocare from Danaher, established all required Accounting-, Tax-, Danaher House of Controls- and FP&A processes. • Implemented Financial Forecast and tax reporting process for P&L/Balance Sheet (40+ entities). • Implemented new revenue recognition standard (ASC 606) • Drove tax and accounting efficiencies: legal entity reduction, formed accounting SSC across EU

Finance Leadership as business partner working closely with the Commercial VP to drive improvements of the Danaher Core Value Drivers, amongst them being Core Revenue Growth, Operating Margin Expansion, DSO and DPO. Besides driving compliance for all internal and external requirements (US GAAP, Stat and tax accounts, FCPA, DHR House of Controls).
