• Management and development of finance and controlling EU team • Lead all Financial Planning and Reporting processes including Strategic Plans, Budgets, Latest Estimates, and Month/Quarter • Develop monthly reporting packages and Executive KPI/Performance dashboards focusing on key performance indicators to track financial performance vs. Budget • Implementation of new financial systems and the outsourcing of accounting activities • Lead and execute the site’s financial month-end and year-end closings.

· Leadership of the Group and EU Business Unit Controlling department · M&A related workflow including financial / transaction modelling and asset valuation, M&A execution support such as due diligence and post-merger integration · CFO-aligned interaction with key stakeholders including Sr. Management, shareholders, Board, LBO-lenders and other external stakeholders · Implementation of integrated financial analysis · Coordination of designated projects such as tax structuring (e.g. transfer pricing)

· Manage the comprehensive accounting and reporting policy-setting, execution and delivery and ongoing development at Group level · Manage the IFRS competence center across the Group with the immediate setup of consolidated IFRS Group accounts under a German & US GAAP environment · Drafting, reconciliation and consistency-checking of monthly and quarterly financial reporting addressed to management, Board and financing partners including related communications

• Plant Controller responsible of three production facilities ( one foundry and two machining plants) • Prepare forecasts of income statement, balance sheets, and statement of cash flows • Collaborate with General Manager and senior management to explain results, make improvements, manage projects and identify inefficiencies • Integrate and train new staff while leading the continued professional development of the team • Estimate product costs to support quoting activities

• Consolidated Financial Statements US and ITA GAAP • Industrial costs control (fixed and variable costs) and analysis of deviations versus the standard costs • Stock control and inventory analysis • Carry out Budget and Forecast in cooperation with the other teams. • Evaluation and monitoring of new investments/capex and special projects • Operating expenses control and analysis of variances versus the planning (budget and forecast)

• Consolidated Financial Statements IFRS and ITA GAAP • Travelled among facilities (US, Brazil and Turkey) • Contribute to improving efficiencies and performance as well as providing quality financial information • Support the broader controllership tasks and the needs of the specialist groups in commercially related tasks (internal audits, external audits, tax process, inventory management, etc.) • Develop new analysis and improve the existing ones through a wide range of databases and IT tools.
