Large scale restructuring programs across sectors and geographies: Komerční banka´s complete transformation in the Czech republic, Nestle´s 500 factories optimization based in Switzerland, and France Telecom' worldwide purchasing program based in France.

Co-founded with Harmony Gold Mining (harmony.co.za) Bought an “orphan” 6B$ physical precious metals trader from Pechiney World Trade with a 5% market share in in India. Secured financing of 150M$ in working capital and 7M$ in mezzanine financing. Set up trading operation including risk controls and developed jewelry sourcing service. Hired and managed 60 person team, 40 of which were based in India. Sold 40% stake to the co-investor post restructuring.

Mix of strategy and implementation assignments: Alstom hydro purchasing program, Accord corporate services' strategy, Carrefour non food categories' strategy.

Started from scratch a wholesaler of consumer goods bringing European healthcare brands into Spanish hypermarket and supermarkets Sold the business in 1996.
