Project Director “On client” site manager of 200+ staff members and 5 independent companies for a major paper manufacturer in Richmond VA. for their Y2K needs. They provided analysis and planning for refurbishing a multitude of computer programming languages and vendor hardware resolving millennium concerns. This client utilized a distributed environment for its processing needs in seventeen states that included 16 paper “factories”. Managed coded “reparation factory” in resolving Y2K issues.

Accountable for managing all Lehman related mainframe system initiatives for the separation of Lehman Brothers from Smith Barney and American Express. Included are client, vendor & business partner relations, hardware and software. Managed all staff associated with the project (Lehman Brothers staff, multiple infrastructure vendors and IBM IGS staff for Professional Services). This project included building a new “state of the art” mainframe data center and more.
