The DCS DACH Area General Manager is responsible all sites and accounts in the DACH area. He is accountable for the growth and success of the existing accounts and for growing new business in the entire service portfolio. His engagement is a role model within his team to energize and enable people in his reporting line. He understand driver and show stoppers within his business and manage them in a professional manner. He is instrumental for the success and sustainability.

The Delivery Head provides leadership and management to the delivery organization ensuring that all operational aspects meets standards, processes and client’s satisfaction. The Delivery Head supports sales activity and represents the delivery organization during client visits and meetings. Tracking and setting bench marks to ensure constant client satisfaction and business grow. These are 20+ clients in Europe.

The Delivery Head provides leadership and management to the delivery organization ensuring that all operational aspects meets standards, processes and client’s satisfaction. The Delivery Head supports sales activity and represents the delivery organization during client visits and meetings. I am interacting with clients and technical staff to ensure service goals are met or exceeded.

Director of Europe Data Centre Infrastructure Services and Data Centre. Responsible for all Wipro owned and leased Data Centre in Europe in regards to Budget, Service Quality and Employee. Participate and influence selection and work on due diligence process of new acquisitions in this area. Managed a $12 million budget and a workforce of technical and professional services staff in different European Countries
