+ Manage a team of 2 sales representatives and 2 customers portfolio managers, build the commercial strategies (alongside the Marketing Department), coordinate the recruitment of new subscribers, the conservation of existing subscribers and the increase of the sales turnover in retail outlets (78,000 subscribers, 23,000 buyers in stores for an overall turnover of 40M€/year) + Develop the strategy then coordinate the launch of subscriptions for digital newspaper (20,000 subscribers today)

+ Manage the team of external salesmen (service providers) create sales operations of subscriber’s recruitment (door to door, superstores, fairs…) in order to develop the customer’s portfolio. + Develop the analysis tools to ensure the quality of our newspaper’s delivery and manage the news dealers (15 platforms, 400 carriers)

Drive the 1000 retail outlets, update the data base, make statistical studies of sales and analyze them in order to launch commercial operations, develop the network of hypermarkets.

Qualified the commercial files, managed the competitive intelligence, selected the candidates based on their résumé, realized the phone interviews, assist to the interview in the offices in Brussels.
