- Responsible for requirements management, solution design and project-management for analytical CRM, campaign management and big data - Responsible for contractor management for the area of Business Partner Management Business Intelligence - Setup a big data program structure with 6 sub streams for testing big data use cases and textmining incl. software- and platform strategy - Development of a collaboration model with the Marketing/CRM department including processes, architecture, and governance

- Responsible for design, realization, and maintenance of analytical CRM and campaign management systems - Detailing of new introduced processes for the Business Intelligence department and establish of best practices including a roadshow for more than 200 employees - Management sponsor for introduction of a new campaign management system - Project-volume: approx. 100 people - Change of “time and material” projects to fixed price projects, increase of offshore ratio, execution knowledge transition
