This transnational programme was set up to increase engagement and efficiency in team work throughout the company. Main task was to set up the whole programme with a dedicated team of international experts including - engagement surveys and subsequent action planning in all functions; - define and execute team workshops to increase team awareness and performance - define and set up 360 degree feedback for leaders and subsequent leadership development programmes.

Within the function “Technical Data” the manuals for all product related operations are composed and distributed. The national task was to ensure the production of all local manuals (achieved by 400 employees internally and with a 35 Mio € work package) and the integration into the overall product manual on time, on cost and on quality.

In order to achieve the market leader position, a dedicated programme to increase customer services offers for the customer was set up. The main task in this position was to ensure the on time and on cost implementation of the defined projects, to finetune them with a dedicated customer board and to market the services towards the customers together with the local company representatives.

The Internal Services included (Information Systems, Finance, Warehouse Management, Site Services and Central Procurement). The main challenge was to implement a service oriented mindset in order to support the Spares operations and to eliminate waste in the existing processes.
