Professionalize using the AWS Cloud, design and implement a Cloud Operating Model and Governance Framework. I am currently working on the cloud governance strategy for the existing multi-cloud environments at Mister Spex AG. My mission is to build a sustainable and resilient cloud infrastructure that supports business growth and momentum and enables development teams to leverage public cloud infrastructure easily.
As a project leader, I led the communication and management of idealo's cloud migration at the executive levels and business departments. I initiated, coordinated, and aligned the company-wide migrations of business-critical processes to AWS services. My responsibilities also included supporting the department heads in developing a training strategy for their employees to become cloud natives.
As a pragmatic Leader, I foster the high-performance Spirit of 25+ colleagues in my Department. One of my key achievements is the technical redesign and scaling of a business MVP (monolith) to a value stream aligned system- and team architecture implemented with AWS Cloud Services. As an IT specialist, I modernized a complex Java Enterprise System and gradually replaced obsolete EJB 2.1 components and architecture. I also executed education sessions for clients and colleagues. And I took responsibility for the project management of the development activities and the introduction of a new payment service provider for a large e-commerce platform.
Responsible for implementation and development using a modern Java technology stack. Implement a system based on EJB 3.0 for information about residents' registration information and creditworthiness and develop the architecture in collaboration with its IT security officer.
Responsible for the development of software for Oracle databases for automated analysis of granted rights on schema, tables, views, procedures and DB level, as well as automated report generation in Excel and APEX applications.
I successfully implemented and deployed the automatic distribution of Kerberos software for the realization of the university's own SSO solution. In addition, I was responsible for successfully merging the faculty-related login systems and their data into a central login system of the TU-Berlin, as well as migrating the lab and faculty-specific user data into a central data center. This was the beginning of the central university-wide uniform user account
