Thorsten has the responsibility for the entire Supply Chain for manufacturing, distribution & customer service centers and sourcing in the EMEA Region. Further to this, he holds the regulatory compliance for REACH and transportation. Annual turnover € 500 Million p.a. Direct reports in Germany, Kazakhstan, Sweden, South Africa, UAE and the UK.

Thorsten had the responsibility for the entire operational and strategic supply chain of manufacturing sites, “3PL” warehouses, and the management of rail and road transportation. The emphasis of the responsibility is on supply chain network optimization, supply chain services and ownership of the order to cash process, with an annual turnover of € 3.2 Billion p.a.

Worldwide responsibility for all core business processes and corporate business software applications in the area of supply chain management, manufacturing, quality management, procurement / sourcing & test management.
