• Responsible for order and cleanliness on the sales area. • Support the staffs in sales, replenish inventory. • Handle customers' questions and give recommendation when needed.

• Successfully multitask to serve more than one customer at a time and provide a pleasant dining experience, thus was able to gain regular clients. • Ability to memorize orders, serve food and beverages, arrange seats and cash out customers; flexibly handle customers’ orders during rush hours of maximum 60 clients at a time.

• Work closely with Project Coordinators and Contractor’s Commercial Team to maintain the budget database on CAPEX and OPEX projects, present reports on weekly meeting. • Act as a check point for billing recognition to ensure the invoices and supporting documents are valid, process invoicing details to Accounting Department to generate payments on time. • Renew and process rental contracts with residents, reserve local sites to provide stable wireline service.

• Prepare reports by collecting and summarizing information regarding sales situation of North Branch’s Booking Office. • Identify factors affecting customers’ satisfaction when purchasing flight tickets at the North Branch’s Booking Office, highlight potential areas and make suggestions to maintain customer relations (Bachelor thesis topic).

• Achievement: “Best Performance Teaching Assistant” (KPI: number of students enrolling for higher-level courses is above 75%) for 3 consecutive months: from 01/2016 to 03/2016. • Administration of over 60 students of ages 3-17, handle phone calls and complaints from parents and students as well as other issues regarding class operation. • Assist teachers in monitoring classroom schedule, stationery, and teaching resources; manage students’ score reports and support class management on-site.

• Assess and monitor the progress of 70+ students of ages 3-12. • Handle parents’ questions; being translator for parents and teachers if needed. • Assist teachers in designing and planning lessons, be responsible for classroom organization and administration. • Adopt distinctive teaching methodologies for mentoring special students (ADHD and autism students). • Support and organize marketing events.
