• Work closely with clients from biopharma, providing consultation with respect to marketing, medical, and investigator-initiated trial (IIT) projects in numerous disease areas (i.e. cancer, Alzheimer’s disease, rare disease, autoimmune diseases) – a) product positioning, marketing materials generation, competitor analysis, market activities, etc. b) seminars; scientific contents preparation, literature review, medical writing, etc. c) IIT feasibility consultation, scope review, and protocol writing.

• Drew headcount plans for Greater China and balanced human resources with business needs. • Took charge of recruitment team management and all recruitment operations in Greater China. • Established a talent assessment centre and achieved a high fulfilment rate and probation pass rate with team members through talent mapping, campus recruitment, outsourcing project, etc.

• Investigated the direction and status of new drug research and clinical trials in China. • Drew recruitment plans for clients from biopharma and fulfilled all positions through direct sourcing.

• Completed a range of projects efficiently towards fertility and women’s health, including projects with Chinese government and international assisted reproductive technology (ART) Centres, a project with Universität Düsseldorf, and overseas expert’s speaking tours. • Designed a series of evaluation forms and surveys for quantitative and qualitative analyses.

• Formulated health education strategy for Alzheimer’s disease. • Worked closely with internal and external stakeholders. • Successfully initiated and implemented an average of 16 Dementia and Cognitive Disorders seminars each year, concerning 10 topics from diagnosis to the treatment. The satisfaction reached 4.83/5. • Improved education in dementia through effective communications and collaborations, and through building up a speaker pool, writing an internal manual consisting of multi dimensions.

• Initiated and implemented patient education projects in diabetes by cross-functional collaboration and cooperating with hospitals based on marketing strategy, commercial needs and budget.

• Major Projects: The cost-effectiveness and budget impact of durvalumab versus active monitoring in stage III unresectable NSCLC after concurrent platinum-based chemoradiotherapy (master thesis; 8/10, Dutch grading) Cost-effectiveness analysis of a novel drug for hormone refractory metastatic prostate cancer treatment in the UK (workgroup assignment; 8.7/10, Dutch grading) • Major Courses: Biostatistics, Health Economic Modelling, HTA, Methods for EE, Pricing and Market Access, etc
