Leading a team of BAs over the entire SDLC. Estimation and planning of BA activities. Due diligence of client requirements, Preparation of Functional design documents using universal methods such as BPMN diagrams, use cases, designing Conceptual and Logical data Models are some of the core activities performed. Considering the features of applications is developed in Agile environment, supported team to make sure smooth delivery happening each time without any constrains.

The purpose of this role was to ensure tight control over financial performance, strengthening operational risk and control, and ensuring continuous improvement programmes of work have benefits that are realized and recognized. This role also covered the delivery of some key regulatory reports for the bank in Singapore, as well as supporting business information needs for diverse MIS requirements such as client due diligence, taxation, deposit insurance, client profitability and marketing initiatives.
