Accomplished a consistent trend of outstanding results with over $20M in the quarter ending December 2011 and $15M in the quarter with March 2012. Achieved over 100% in cross sales in asset and personal protection. Held a satisfactory score on customer satisfaction with a monthly upward trend. Held over an 80% “error free” success rate on quality of home loan submissions and credit policy. Solely responsible for all consumer lending in the Surry Hills branch.

Solely responsible for all credit submissions, application input and documentation handling.
