• Monitor of internal and external audits, drawing up action plans to correct possible nonconformities; • Implementation of the concept of Lean Manufacturing; • Validate and revise new projects according to PFMEA criteria; • Elaboration of procedures and work instructions for the internal processes of the Production area, conducting trainings with operators and coordinators; • Application of quality tools in existing processes (PDCA, Ishikawa, 5 Whys, etc);

• Preparation of technical documentation for the preparation of bids, analysis of drawings, technical analysis of proposals and technical clarifications to suppliers; • Budget and compose unit costs of labor, equipment, materials and services. Acquisition of specific and general costs of the work; • Inspection of service fronts, control of the physical and financial schedules of mechanical activities, • Negotiation with suppliers, making measurements and payments according to schedule evolution;

• Team management with 20 technicians (motivation, scales, hours bank, vacations) • Programming and prioritization of preventive and predictive maintenance • Budget and acquisition of new tools for the team. • Management of indicators (efficiency, quality, safety, productivity).
