As an independent tax consultant, I provide tax advisory and transaction support to individuals and companies, including compliance, planning, consulting, and M&A support—reviewing vendor due diligences, interpreting results for international clients, and performing tax due diligences for small and mid-sized businesses. This role combines my technical taxation background with a practical, client-oriented approach, adapting to diverse regulatory frameworks and cross-border transactions.

Cross-functional support in tax matters, with a focus on Excise Taxes, Property Tax (IMI), Vehicle Tax (IUC), and Corporate Income Tax (IRC). Organization and management of supplier accounts. Direct communication with public entities. Definition and support in building indicators/estimates to assist management.

Conducted tax due diligence for companies undergoing mergers and/or acquisitions; Analyzed tax aspects of corporate restructuring processes and prepared decision-support reports; Engaged in various tax-related projects within the Portuguese and Angolan fiscal framework; Calculated and assessed tax benefits.
