Continuing the role of Business Analyst and specializing as MDM Consultant, result of the implementation of MDM solution based on Microsoft MDS. Responsible for communication with the business teams, ensuring the delivery and fulfillment of the requirements within the established deadlines. Collaborated also in: - Exploratory activities and POC tools MDM; - Business needs analyses; I have been involved in various Master and Reference Data system development life-cycle.

Responsible for the promotion and definition of transversal solutions for sharing and use of Reference Data, with a special focus on Online Customer Self Care Areas on different platforms (Web, TV, and mobile). I also participated in the design of new products and services, and projects such as M5O, M4O, MEO Go! and CRM One (Siebel).

Focused on the project of the European System of Registration of Interoperable Statistical Enterprises (ESBRs), I've been involved in analyzing and defining the solution architecture for the interoperability of statistical data between Central and National Statistical Institutes and Central and National Banks.
