Developing BI and financial reporting system (XBRL). Drafted evaluation model, facilitated community building and managed collaborative platform. PMO administration: resource monitoring, project budget monitoring, reporting in international level, cooperation with virtual teams of €3M-€9M projects. Planned a service concept for federated secure cloud project.
