Responsible for setting the tactical and strategic development of multiple technology services within customer environments by managing the activities and responsibilities of the service desk, on-demand and managed services teams. Managed 24 staff in support of 150+ client environments at multiple service levels ranging from adhoc requests to full IT department level support. Clients were located across North America and parts of Europe.

Advise and identify strategic opportunities related to I.T. service delivery and support of regional hospitals. Manage a collaboration between multiple and diverse hospital stakeholders and I.T. management to identify areas of inefficiency and develop processes and procedures to remediate.

Oversaw I.T. infrastructure services and data centre for a $10B global spirits & wines company. Maintained infrastructure of all networks and several hundred servers supporting core business functions in North and South America.

Maintained global server infrastructure for $16B USD distiller later acquired by Pernod Ricard. Oversaw all server infrastructure services and functions in 50+ countries. Managed a global team with 11 staff located in Canada, UK, Spain, and New Zealand.
