In my current position as Head of Business Development & Director Sales, I am responsible for the Business Development & Sales activities for Retail in Motion (RiM) in Europe. RiM is the worldwide leading Onboard Retail Management and Technology Provider for the Airline Industry and a subsidiary of Lufthansa Group. In this position I identify strategic opportunities and together with my team implement organizational, strategic, or business projects amongst RiM's airline customers.

In my role as Senior Project Manager I was leading the Project Management Office at Retail in Motion in Europe (LSG Group), being in charge of customer implementation & change projects as e.g. the Retail program rollout for the Lufthansa Group Airlines Lufthansa, SWISS & Austrian, organizational, strategic and business projects. Applying the PMI logic as well as SCRUM in our IT projects, I built up the project management office at RiM and set-up the working standards.

As a Business Analyst/ Finance Manager for LSG Group I was in charge of all financial and accounting processes for one of the LSG Group Legal entities and the retail businesses. I implemented new financial processes for customers and looked after our existing customers, conducting & supervising Month end, reporting, controlling & analysis activities.

Besides working in the Ops Planning of Lufthansa Aviation Training during my Master Studies, I wrote my Master Thesis in collaboration with Lufthansa Aviation Training about the Post-Merger-Integration and Change Process of the two Lufthansa Group subsidiarys Lufthansa Flight Training and SWISS Aviation Training.
