Responsible for major HPE channel partners in Germany

I started at HPE as a corporate student in 2017. During one semster I am attending courses at the DHBW in Stuttgart for three months and have an internship in the DualStudy Alliance for the other three months. At this internships I have the opportunity to get an insight into different companies and their business strategy.

The main goal for this internship was to write my bachelor thesis. Beside this I co-managed several presales driven opportunities to learn about the sales process. • Organization of several workshops to get insights into the sales process of an software security solution. • Participation in Proof of Concepts. • Providing a roadmap to optimize the sales process as a result of my bachelor thesis.

Together with the project management team I was responsible for the organization of Discover More Munich 2019. Some of my tasks during this three month have been: • Gathering all information for the Demo Theater and Breakout Sessions • Designing the exhibition • Implementation of two different applications for the event • Preperations and coordination of the Social Media activities • Writing a seminar paper about event marketing

My international Internship at HPE in the WW OEM solutions team in Plano, TX. • Preparing the OEM solutions hub for HPEs biggest customer event, the Discover 2019 in Las Vegas. • Creating E-Mail templates for internal communications. • Implementing a new tool for team collaboration. • Restructuring OEM documents on the internal platform. • Supporting different social media activities during the whole three month.

Throughout my time at Micro Focus I co-managed several big customers with a key account manager. • I had the chance to get a big insight on how a key account manager is working and what a sales process is about. • I created customer presentations and took part in different customer meetings. • I gained great insights on the software Micro Focus is selling.

During my second internship I had the opportunity to create an educational escape room to improve the portfolio of information security awareness trainings at DXC Technology in Ratingen. • The whole project was managed an coordinated by a fellow student and myself. • We designed the escape room itself, created new quests and coordinated time and budget. • I additionally wrote a seminar paper in which I developed a marketing concept for our escape room.

During this internship at HPE Point Next - Installed Base Sales I worked in an international team and gained great knowledge about how to handle such an international team. • I created a SharePoint to improve the communication between one of our partners and our BackOffice in India. • I solved several technical problems and designed a still used Microsoft SharePoint.
