The Executive Manager - Chief Center of Excellence (CoE) is responsible for the overall management, direction and planning off all activities by the corporate Center of Excellence and responsible for all SAP related activities, like implementing and supporting ECC6.0 (HR, SD, FI, CO, MM, WM, QM, PM, PP, CS), SRM, SCM, MDM, CRM7.0, IT Service Management (ITSM), BI, BW, DMS, Netweaver, Workflow, SAP GRC Access Control 5.3 and Solman. The user base is 600 users. The CoE has circa 40 staff members.

• Main business is the implementation and a global roll out of SAP System within 6 sales organisations within the KRM Division (Switzerland, Germany, Great Britain / Ireland, France, the Netherlands and United States of America) and 3 manufacturing facilities (Germany, United States of America). • Ensures that SAP project goals are accomplished in line with business objectives and blueprints. • Definition of Blueprint Sales, Distribution (SD), Order handling (MM) and Logistics Execution (LE) processes .

• Responsible for implementation of medium and large WMS software in Holland, nearly 150 installations/implementations. • Identifying key priorities and sequencing them properly to ensure attainment of business goals. • WMS implementations and support in Italy, Germany, Belgium, United Kingdom and France. • Northern Europe coordinator internal IT (2002 – 2006). • Skills in solving complex business problems related to computerized systems in a structured and controlled manner.

• Implementation and roll out of a management-information system. • Implementation and roll out of Healthcare information systems in the Netherlands (900 pharmacy, 50 hospital pharmacy and 2.000 physicians). • Leading role for service engineers. • Improve the business agility by supporting the rollout with the right training for all target groups, including functional management, physicians, pharmacy application experts, and large numbers of users.

• Implementation Quality Assurance procedures ISO-9002. • Implementation and design of functional and technical projects. • System support Windows network and VAX/VMS network.
